About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Operations & Strategy Leader to take full responsibility for the strategic direction, design to development, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale projects. This role requires a proven leader capable of driving project feasibility, budgeting, and construction, while maintaining rigorous standards of quality and adhering to project timelines. The ideal candidate will manage the project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring robust cost control and P&L management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee operations strategy, project execution, design development, and construction, ensuring alignment with the overarching project goals and objectives.

- Lead project controls, cost management, and budgeting processes, maintaining a focus on quality standards and ensuring timely project delivery.

- Track and analyze project progress, collaborating with senior management to identify and resolve critical issues promptly.

- Facilitate project launch and review meetings, offering strategic guidance and actionable insights to enhance project performance.

- Coordinate with management and department heads to ensure efficient and seamless operations across all departments.

- Lead and mentor a team of skilled planning engineers, providing direction and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Candidate Profile:

- 25+ years of experience, preferably in Operations Strategy, Construction, and Planning within the Real Estate, Infrastructure, Mass Housing, or PMC sectors.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects at National, Zonal, or Global levels.

- Strong exposure to working in a competitive, professional environment, consistently delivering results.
