Job Description

Position : Manager HR (People Tech Delivery )

Location : Mumbai (Corporate Office)

Reporting to : DGM- HR Tech

Partnering with : You will have a team of 1-2 HR Technology professionals and an opportunity to partner with and learn from colleagues across HR Tech, Corporate HR and Corporate IT Team.

Other partners :

Internal: HR CoEs, Business HR Teams, People Experience Center

External: Product Vendors, Technology Partners

About HR Tech Team:

The HR Technology Team is a specialized unit integral with the broader Corporate HR Function. It leads HR digital transformation initiatives, collaborating closely with HR leaders to shape the Digital HR vision, streamline HR processes, align technology, and develop business cases for transformative HR technology initiatives. Moreover, the HR Technology Team manages common HR applications and processes across the Group, working closely with Corporate HR, Business HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and the People Experience Centre (HR Shared Service). Their focus remains on fortifying data structures and ensuring seamless execution of people processes across diverse digital platforms.

Job Purpose :

As the Manager -HR Tech , you will play a crucial role in driving and implementing various HR technology initiatives across multiple facets such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Rewards, Employee Listening, and other critical HR processes. This role demands strategic execution, where you'll leverage your expertise to enhance operational efficiency and user experience through the effective deployment of HR technology solutions

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Oversight:

- Take ownership and lead the execution of HR technology initiatives aligned with organizational and HR strategies.

- Offer strategic guidance, leveraging your deep understanding of HR technology trends to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

Project Leadership:

- Manage and oversee the implementation of diverse HR technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

- Collaborate with technology partners to introduce new tools and maintain a robust Digital HR Technology landscape.

Technology Proficiency:

- Stay updated with the latest HR technology trends, fostering improvements in user experience and operational efficiency.

- Expand expertise in HR Data Management, People Analytics, and HR Process Automation through self-learning and relevant certifications.

Change Management and Collaboration:

- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive change management initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of digital HR solutions.

- Partner with Corporate HR, Business HR CoEs, and People Experience Center to fortify the data foundation and streamline people processes using digital platforms.

Data Analysis and Visualization:

- Analyze HR data, identifying digitization opportunities, analyzing outcomes, and determining visualization requirements.

- Support in implementing HR Data Warehousing solutions by integrating all data sources and help provide data-driven insights to the HR department.

Innovation and Advanced Analytics:

- Provide inputs for develop new KPIs and Data Models for Advanced Analytics Use Cases.

- Conduct periodic audits of HR data and operational parameters to drive ongoing improvements.

Preffered Candidates:

Key Skills (Must Have):

- Certification on any HRMS (Oracle cloud certification or SAP/SF certification etc) or experience in techno functional solution implementation

- Exposure to building, testing application communications/API calls and integrations: JSON,REST API , Frameworks like DJANGO, Postman , Key skills: JavaScript /ability to debug/ help code reviews

- Exposure to managing migrations between systems

- Managing data ingestions / data warehouse management in a multi-system scenario

Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science and or an MBA in HR.

Experience: 6 - 8 years of progressive experience in HR Technology or related fields.
