- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Build a robust talent pipeline using multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and industry networks.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Implement hiring strategies that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external recruitment agencies, consultants, and other hiring partners when necessary.
- Recruitment Analytics: Track and report key hiring metrics, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field is preferred.
- Strong expertise in technical hiring, sales hiring, and leadership hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles across functions and geographies.
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance related to hiring practices.
