Project Coordinator

• Project Planning and Scheduling
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Assist in resource allocation and ensure project milestones are met.
• Communication and Coordination
• Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Organize and lead regular project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and action items.
• Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project plans.
• Generate and distribute regular project reports to stakeholders.
• Risk Management
• Identify potential risks and challenges in project delivery.
• Work with project managers to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Quality Assurance
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with project requirements.
• Conduct quality checks and collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and sales, to ensure project alignment with overall organizational goals.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Client Interaction
• Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing inquiries.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and deliverable quality.
• Adherence to Project Management Processes
• Ensure adherence to project management processes and methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality deliverables.
