Manager - Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of Financial Statements:

• Preparation of quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standard (Ind-AS)/GAAP and Company Act 2013.
• Co-ordination with Statutory Auditors and Finalization Financial Statements.

Month-End, Quarter and Year-End Books Closing:

• Ensure and Assist in the month-end and year-end books closing process (viz. Accounting of all Bills, TDS & GST Payment and Returns, Land Lease Payments, MCA Payments, Supplier Payments, Preparation of various certificates, Leases working as per Ind-AS-116.
• Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payables, Banking, Accounts Receivables, Trial Balance and Ledgers Scrutiny, Vendor Reconciliations and MIS Reporting.
• Coordinate and follow-up with different departments to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded timely and correctly.

Compliance and Internal Controls:

• Ensure Income Tax, TDS, MSME, GST, CARO Compliance
• Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit
• RCM & Internal Financial Control

Audit Function:

• Provide support for both internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation/MIS/Report to Auditors.
• Ensure that all audit queries are addressed in a timely and in accurate manner
