- Finalization of Accounts Responsible for closing books of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Working Capital Management – Efficiently manage cash flow, receivables, and payables to optimize financial resources.
- Vendor & Customer Management – Oversee payments, collections, and reconciliation to maintain smooth business operations.
- Monthly MIS & Reporting – Prepare and present financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports.
- Ad-hoc Reports – Generate custom financial reports as required by management for strategic decision-making.
- Audit Handling – Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors, ensuring compliance and timely completion of audits.
- GST Compliance – Ensure accurate GST filings, reconciliations, and adherence to tax regulations.
- Income Tax Compliance – Manage direct tax filings, TDS, and compliance with IT regulations.
- ERP Knowledge – Proficient in SAP/Tally for accounting, financial reporting, and system-based controls.
- MS Office Proficiency – Strong skills in MS Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
- Financial Analysis – Analyze financial data to provide insights for cost control and business growth.
- Budgeting & Forecasting – Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts to support financial planning.
- Internal Controls – Implement and monitor financial policies and controls to mitigate risks.
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to corporate laws, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Team Coordination – Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive financial efficiency.
