Assistant , Deputy Manager Costing

We are actively seeking candidates for the position of Assistant / Deputy Manager Costing at Sholavaram - Chennai Plant for one of our esteemed clients who manufacture Oil Cool Transformers.

Only candidates from Manufacturing companies are preferred.

Experience Costing Mini 6+ /Max -12 Yrs.

Industry Only from Manufacturing.

Qualification ICWA (Inter) / Final / CA Inter.

Interview Mode: Initial Stage (MS Teams) / Final Stage Face to Face

JD:

• Cost Calculation: Assist in the preparation and calculation of standard costs, actual costs, and variance analysis for products and services.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze cost data and provide insightful recommendations to help improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Cost Control: Monitor, track, and report on variances in actual versus standard costs. Collaborate with the production and procurement teams to ensure costs are kept within budget.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on costing, profitability, and budget variances. Provide regular updates to senior management regarding cost performance and trends.
• Inventory Management: Support the costing process for inventory, including tracking raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods, ensuring accurate inventory valuation.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to costing procedures, systems, and data accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, production, and procurement teams to gather relevant cost data and ensure efficient costing operations.
• Compliance: Ensure all costing activities are in compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary cost-related documentation and explanations.
