Job Title : Sr. Manager Channel Sales
Exp: 5 to 8+ years of Experience
Qualification: Graduate
Location: Bangalore
Industry : Real -estate ( Must have experience about Bangalore real estate market )
Job Description:
• Bring new Channel Partners on board and maintain relationships with existing Channel Partners.
• Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the Projects.
• Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ Channel Partner expectations.
• Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ Channel Partners and Closing team
• Access, clarify and validate Channel Partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high Channel Partner satisfaction rate
• Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential
• Conduct regular product training for the Channel Partner and their team
• Make sure the Leads generated are serviced within the TAT- Same day
• Coordinate for the Channel Partner payouts post booking
• Take care of Source conflict cases if any and resolve the same within specific TAT
• Monthly Market & Competitor Analysis, studying the trends & new developments in the market
