Job Description

About The Role :
Primary Responsibilities

Multiple hotel responsibility for Revenue strategy.

Communication with hotel teams (GM, Reservations, DOS)

Monitor the results of the hotels and identify divergences.

Responsible for Revenue performance and reporting.

Support the GM in the creation of strategy.

Provide monthly forecasts for the hotels they are responsible for.

Apply RM Initiatives:Overbook, length of stay

Act as support in the preparation of the annual revenue budget

Responsible to host weekly Revmax meetings.

Communicate the processes to follow in terms of quality and data

Support sales and reservations teams where applicable.

Give availability and minimum rate for the group quotation.

Analyze contract and public performance
