Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and suggesting corrective actions.
• Manage accounts payable, ensuring that all invoices are processed on time and payments are made accurately.
• Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from guests, clients, or partners.
• Maintain records of all financial transactions.
• Handle cash flow management, ensuring there are sufficient funds for daily operations.
• Monitor daily cash handling and reconciliation of cash registers.
• Support internal and external audits by providing financial records and documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and hotel-specific financial policies.
• Assist with cost control measures, including tracking and analyzing operating expenses.
• Work with department heads to ensure that costs stay within budget limits.
• Oversee and ensure the accurate processing of guest billing for room charges, food & beverage, and other services.
• Resolve discrepancies in guest accounts or billing errors.
• Use financial management software to input, track, and report financial data.
• Stay up to date with financial software updates and improvements.

• 1-2 years experience in Accounts
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Oral and written fluency in English
