Director of Rooms is responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of Front Office, Butler Services, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Security & Horticulture departments in an attentive, efficient and courteous manner.
Director of Rooms is also responsible for providing all guests with excellence in service while maximizing productivity and developing team members. Assisting with the planning and managing of the overall operations of the Hotel to achieve guest, colleagues, stakeholders satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
Develop, recommend, implement, and manage the operational department s annual and long-term goals aimed at achieving operational excellence.
Anticipate and address guest issues, establish proactive processes to promote guest satisfaction
Be visible around the Hotel and show an active interest in engaging with guests
Qualifications
Strong Rooms operations experience with minimum 15 years of overall experience and 2 to 3 years in a similar role in Luxury resorts.
Pre Opening exposure, remote location work, high volume hotel experience is desirable.
Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, comfortable taking charge of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities
Outstanding Social skills to develop strong customer engagement
