Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Provide timely and effective Exadata Administration support.- Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues efficiently.- Collaborate with the client to understand their requirements.- Implement best practices for system optimization.- Document processes and procedures for future reference.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Exadata Administration.- Strong understanding of database management principles.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Exadata systems.- Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.- Hands-on experience in patching and upgrading Exadata systems.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Exadata Administration.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
