Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth integration of Workday core systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and designing efficient and effective solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and develop Workday core integrations to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.

Create technical design documents and perform code reviews.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.

Strong understanding of Workday core integration concepts and best practices.

Experience in designing and developing Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio.

Knowledge of Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio and Cloud Connect.

Experience with web services and APIs (SOAP, REST).

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workday HCM and Financials modules.

Experience with Workday Report Writer and calculated fields.

Knowledge of Workday security and data privacy standards.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.

Workday core integrations experience is mandatory
