Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business processes and applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Assist in defining requirements for applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Create technical design documents for application development.

Manage and prioritize application development tasks.

Ensure the quality and timely delivery of application designs.

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to the development team.

Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Workday Extend.

Experience with Workday Extend.

Strong understanding of Workday Core Integrations.

Experience in designing and developing Workday integrations.

Knowledge of Workday integration tools and technologies.

Experience with REST and SOAP web services.

Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and JSON.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

Workday extend experience and Workday core integration certification is mandatory Workday extend certification is preferable.
