Job Title:Operations Project Manager - Private 5G Rollout Job

Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Project Manager to oversee the rollout of our Private 5G network. This role will focus on incident management and performance management to ensure seamless deployment and optimal network performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, project management, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:oLead and manage the end-to-end rollout of Private 5G networks.oDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.oCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and external vendors.oEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Incident Management:oDevelop and implement incident management processes and protocols.oMonitor network performance and promptly address any incidents or disruptions.oCoordinate incident response efforts, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.oMaintain detailed incident logs and reports.

Performance Management:oEstablish performance metrics and KPIs for the Private 5G network.oMonitor and analyze network performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.oImplement performance optimization strategies to enhance network reliability and efficiency.oPrepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Stakeholder Communication:oServe as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.oProvide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.oFacilitate meetings and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:oEnsure all project activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.oConduct quality assurance checks and audits to maintain high standards of network performance.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management, preferably in telecommunications or IT.

Strong knowledge of 5G technology and network infrastructure.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
