Summary:As an Operations Engineer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your primary skill of SAP EWM will be utilized in this role. Your typical day will involve ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services for production systems and services.

Provide support for incident management, problem management, and change management processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.

Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong knowledge of SAP EWM.

Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules.

Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management processes.

Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP EWM.
