Educational Qualification :Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field

Key Responsibilities : Perform the migration of on-premises SQL Server databases to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). Implement data migration strategies for heterogeneous database environments. Evaluate existing database architecture and propose modernization strategies. Optimize database performance and resource utilization in cloud environments. Implement security best practices for cloud-based databases. Develop automation scripts and tools for database migration and monitoring. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients. Implement open-source database solutions where applicable (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Utilize Azure Data Factory for efficient and scalable data movement and transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SQL Server, open-source databases, and Azure Data Factory.
Technical Experiences : Proven experience in migrating SQL Server databases to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). Strong proficiency in SQL Server administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with cloud services such as Azure SQL Database, AWS RDS, or Google Cloud SQL. Familiarity with open-source databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Expertise in Azure Data Factory for data integration, transformation, and orchestration. Understanding of heterogeneous database migration challenges and solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications in SQL Server and cloud platforms are a plus.
