Designation: Controllership Manager
Qualifications:Bachelors degree with Finance specialization
Years of Experience:13 to 18 years
What would you do? The Operations lead- India will work with the Global functional lead and other leaders in controllership to provide project management support in the day to day running of the function. The Operations Lead will support the Global functional lead in day to day functioning by providing operational metrics, data for decision making, governance within the leadership teams in Controllership.Oversee financial reporting and ensure integrity of all accounting principles and procedures. Manage core accounting, billing, cash and receivables processes. Ensure compliance with local and statutory tax compliance rules.The BlackLine Account Reconciliations team works on standardizing and automating all types of reconciliations, including general ledger and balance sheet account, bank, credit card, cash, inventory, investment, or any other type of reconciliation.
What are we looking for? The ideal candidate should be a graduate in finance with strong communication, and administrative skills. Collaboration within Controllership and with the larger finance/operations team is a must. Good excel, powerpoint and PBI skills are required. The candidate should have a good understanding of the Controllership operations to be able to provide relevant data to decision makers.
