Summary:As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide business agility and technology innovation advisory services focused on organizational transformation to help clients outlearn and outperform the competition. You will play a crucial role in aiding clients in their journey towards success and growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategies for organizational transformation.

Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote business agility and technology innovation.

Provide guidance and support to teams in implementing agile methodologies and practices.

Assess and analyze organizational processes and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational agility and drive innovation.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business agility and technology innovation.

Mentor and coach team members on agile principles and practices.

Contribute to the development and improvement of agile frameworks and methodologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of agile practices and make recommendations for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Project Program & Portfolio Governance.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Business Technology.

Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.

Experience in leading and managing complex projects and programs.
