Summary:As an Application Developer for SAP Monitoring & Tools, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with SAP Monitoring & Tools, analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilitiesa. Must have a minimum of 5 to 6 years experience in SAP Solman consulting b. Must have at least one E2E Solman implementation experience c. Experience in handling and driving technical upgrades on Solman d. Suggest process improvements and value additions for the clients e. Must have involved in the planning of upgrades/installations of solman along with implementation of Technical Monitoring, Charm, Solution Documentation, Demand management, Integration with ServiceNow
Technical Experiencea. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in SAP Solman Consulting. b.Must have at least one Solman implementation experience c.Must have experience to work in a support environment and understand the concept of incident/change management d. Suggest process improvements and value additions for the clients e. Must have experience with alert monitor configurations/fine-tuning
Professional Attributesa. Must have experience to work in a support environment and understand the concept of incident/change management b. Ability to train resources on Solman skills c. Flexible with respect to shifts 16/5 d. Handle delivery without any SLA miss and guide team to adhere to the same
Educational QualificationFull time education for 15 years
