Summary:As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. You will proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth progress of projects, identifying and resolving any issues, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budgets.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Ensure the smooth progress of projects by tracking and managing project management office activities.

Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables.

Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact project timelines or budgets.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices.

Support the project team in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Conduct regular project status meetings and facilitate discussions to address any project-related challenges.

Ensure compliance with project management standards and guidelines.

Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management.

Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their project management skills. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Program Control Services.

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Experience in tracking and managing project deliverables.

Knowledge of project management tools and software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project.

Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Ability to analyze and interpret project data to identify trends and insights. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Program Control Services.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
