Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also contribute to key decisions and ensure the successful performance of the team.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team
- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may hinder the team's progress
- Monitor and track the team's performance and provide feedback and guidance


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA)
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle Database Architecture
- Strong understanding of database management systems and concepts
- Experience in database installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues
- Familiarity with database security and access control
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
