Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve leading the testing team, designing and implementing automation frameworks, and ensuring the quality of the software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the testing team and ensure the quality of the software products.
- Design and implement automation frameworks using Selenium and other automation tools.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and issues.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation testing and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Selenium.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with other automation tools like Appium, TestNG, and JUnit.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Solid grasp of defect tracking and reporting tools like JIRA and Bugzilla.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in automation testing with Selenium.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful automation testing solutions.
