Summary:As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of test automation frameworks and strategies using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation, ensuring maximum test coverage and efficiency.

Design and develop automated test scripts and maintain test automation suites, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the test automation team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Continuously evaluate and improve the test automation process, tools, and methodologies to ensure they are efficient, effective, and scalable. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in Selenium, Appium, and other automation tools.

Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience in leading and mentoring test automation teams.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality test automation solutions.
