Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure SAP HCM Payroll applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM Payroll applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related queries, providing guidance and support to team members as required.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including data privacy and security requirements.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in other SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration and Organizational Management.

Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM Payroll applications.

Strong understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processes and best practices.

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP HCM Payroll solutions.
