Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for the application development process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

Manage the project and ensure timely delivery.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.

Strong understanding of SAP HCM Personnel Administration.

Experience in designing and configuring SAP HCM Personnel Administration modules.

Knowledge of SAP HCM Personnel Administration best practices.

Experience with SAP HCM Personnel Administration integration with other modules.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

Experience in implementing SAP HCM Personnel Administration enhancements.

Knowledge of SAP HCM Personnel Administration reporting and analytics. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
