About the role:
This role is for a highly driven entrepreneurial individual who will sit within the GN Transaction Advisory team of Accenture Strategy and will work closely with GN Industry/Functional Consulting Teams, Client Account Teams, and Global PE Consulting Leadership across different geographies to identify and convert opportunities, deliver manage complex engagements, and rapidly build a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day execution of complex consulting projects for Private Equity and Corporate clients across Pre-Deal phase, Deal Execution phase and Value Creation Scaling of Portfolio/Target companies. Ensure timely, high-quality delivery to clients through effective team management; define deliverables; prioritize and set deadlines.
Identify and convert client opportunities by building relationships with Global PE/M&A Leadership, Client Account Teams, and Client stakeholders in PE/Corporates across geographies.
Support RFP discussions, prepare proposal documents and deliver Client Orals working closely with Accenture Bid Managers and Client Account Leads
Harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to help account teams to originate new projects/extensions.
Contribute to the development of new assets IP, thought capital and POVs/Offerings raising the profile of your team and the firm leading to demand generation.
Conduct and facilitate Brown Bag sessions, direct/indirect mentoring and dissemination of knowledge to upskill fellow team members and attend trainings get certified on emerging concepts to stay relevant in the market
