Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of production systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality services.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems.

Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.

Manage and prioritize tasks to meet operational requirements. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.

Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and concepts.

Experience in managing and troubleshooting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop environments.

Knowledge of Citrix policies, profiles, and application delivery methods.

Familiarity with Citrix NetScaler and StoreFront.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.

Understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
