Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration system. You will be dedicated to quality and use exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running smoothly. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting system or application issues, and ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their technical issues and concerns.
- Troubleshoot system or application issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements to the system or application.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to enhance their technical skills.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Strong understanding of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration architecture and components.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop environments.
- Knowledge of Citrix policies, profiles, and application delivery methods.
- Familiarity with Citrix NetScaler Gateway and StoreFront.
- Solid grasp of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.nan
