Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure smooth functioning of the systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for critical business systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Ensure system availability and performance by monitoring and analyzing system logs and metrics.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for issue resolution and prevention.

Participate in incident management and problem management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues. Professional & Technical Skills:

Good To Have Skills:Account Management.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and incident management.

Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Splunk.

Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.

Solid grasp of database technologies such as SQL or Oracle. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Delivery Management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
