With your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills, you will work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement technology best practice business changes.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.

Analyze client requirements and design technology solutions.

Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Assist in the development of project plans and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules.

Experience in end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.

Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and other modules.

Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting best practices.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
