You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation. Your typical day will involve bringing emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. You will use your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills to work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship, gathering requirements and analyzing, designing, and implementing technology best practice business changes.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Manage and mentor junior professionals.

Conduct regular team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may hinder the team's progress.

Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.

Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules.

Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and other HR modules.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
