You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Manage project timelines and deliverables

Identify and mitigate project risks

Ensure adherence to project budgets

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Security Operations

Strong understanding of project management methodologies

Experience in managing complex projects

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL framework
