Summary:As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements in Kolkata. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead cross-functional teams effectively.- Develop and implement project plans.- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.- Strong understanding of project management principles.- Experience in delivering business and technology outcomes.- Knowledge of standard tools, methodologies, and processes.- Excellent communication and leadership skills. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A minimum of 15 years of education is required.
