Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, including drivers, warehouse staff, and administrative personnel.
Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to team members.
Plan and organize staff schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Foster a positive work culture with an emphasis on teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers.
Address customer concerns or complaints and find effective solutions.
Ensure that service quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Financial Oversight:
Develop and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets and cost-saving initiatives are met.
Monitor and control operating costs, expenses, and resource utilization.
Prepare and submit regular financial and operational reports to senior management.
Business Development:
Identify opportunities for branch growth, including new business acquisition and market expansion.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the companys services.
Assist in creating sales strategies, pricing models, and proposals for potential clients.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
Ensure inventory levels are maintained and well-managed, reducing waste and optimizing stock rotation.
Oversee the maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and other assets to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure that all operations adhere to relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
Identify and mitigate potential risks related to operations, security, and financial processes.
