We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations and the overall success of our branch in [Location]. Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Coordinate logistics operations, including freight handling, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

Monitor and optimize branch performance, implementing corrective actions when needed.

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, including drivers, warehouse staff, and administrative personnel.

Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to team members.

Plan and organize staff schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Foster a positive work culture with an emphasis on teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers.

Address customer concerns or complaints and find effective solutions.

Ensure that service quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Financial Oversight:

Develop and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets and cost-saving initiatives are met.

Monitor and control operating costs, expenses, and resource utilization.

Prepare and submit regular financial and operational reports to senior management.

Business Development:

Identify opportunities for branch growth, including new business acquisition and market expansion.

Ensure inventory levels are maintained and well-managed, reducing waste and optimizing stock rotation.

Oversee the maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and other assets to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure that all operations adhere to relevant local, state, and federal regulations.

Identify and mitigate potential risks related to operations, security, and financial processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation, and warehouse management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
