You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead and mentor junior professionals.- Ensure effective communication within the team.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Retirement Planning Services.- Strong understanding of financial planning principles.- Experience in managing retirement portfolios.- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in retirement planning.- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Retirement Planning Services.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
