Summary:As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the successful execution of programs and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Ensure the successful execution of assigned programs and projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and methodologies.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Program Control Services.

Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Experience in delivering business and technology outcomes for programs and projects.

Knowledge of standard project management tools and software.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.

Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Experience in managing projects within the [JOB FAMILY GROUP] domain.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Program Control Services.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
