Summary:As a Sales Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering the sales plan and growing the sales team. You will work closely with the leadership teams and CALs within your CG, MU, Market or Services to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Sales and Channel Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.

Experience in developing and implementing sales plans.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Sales and Channel Management.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
