Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your role involves ensuring successful project delivery and meeting service level agreements.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead and facilitate project meetings

Develop project plans and timelines

Monitor project progress and address any issues
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Agile Program Management

Strong understanding of project management methodologies

Experience in managing cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Program Management

This position is based at our Bengaluru office
