Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead the team in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions

Provide guidance on best practices for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules

Experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions

Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and other HR modules
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

This position is based at our Mumbai office

A 15 years full time education is required
