Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Show creativity in managing and driving successful project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead and facilitate project meetings effectively.

Develop project plans and ensure timely execution.

Monitor project progress and address any issues proactively.

Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
