Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components, ensuring operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborating with vendors and assisting service management teams with issue analysis and resolution will be part of your daily tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Implement innovative strategies for incident resolution.

Lead and mentor junior team members.

Conduct regular performance evaluations.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.

Strong understanding of storage area network architecture.

Experience in implementing and managing Netapp storage solutions.

Knowledge of data protection and disaster recovery strategies.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting SAN-related issues.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
