Job Summary

As a Program Manager Data Projects, you will act as the primary liaison between the ADGO organization and CIO/Asset Engineering teams, ensuring seamless collaboration on infrastructure and data initiatives. You will coordinate technical roadmaps, facilitate data access from internal sources, and proactively resolve any integration hurdles. This role demands a unique blend of stakeholder management, technical expertise, and a keen understanding of enterprise environments to deliver highly effective data-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Single Point of Interaction

Serve as the central contact for ADGO, coordinating with CIO/Asset Engineering teams to align on infrastructure requirements and data initiatives.

Provide regular updates to leadership on project milestones, risks, and resource needs.

Infrastructure & Data Environment Coordination

Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to provision and maintain the environments needed for data ingestion, processing, and analytics.

Manage dependencies related to network, storage, security, and other infrastructure components critical to data projects.

Data Access & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with data owners to secure timely access to internal data sources, resolving any policy or compliance concerns.

Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements and deliverables.

Technical Roadmap Alignment

Partner with product owners and engineering leads to ensure technical roadmaps align with ADGO's overarching program priorities.

Identify potential conflicts or opportunities for synergy among various teams, addressing them proactively to maintain project momentum.

Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement

Proactively identify integration and data accessibility challenges, leading efforts to resolve them before they impede project timelines.

Monitor performance metrics, gather feedback from stakeholders, and suggest enhancements to improve data delivery processes.

Professional & Technical Skills

Infrastructure & Data Operations Knowledge

Solid understanding of on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, including networking, storage, and security considerations.

Familiarity with data operations, pipelines, and governance frameworks within enterprise environments.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of managing complex, multi-layered stakeholder engagements.

Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, business-focused value propositions for senior leadership.

Strategic Coordination & Planning

Adept at aligning cross-functional roadmaps, balancing competing priorities to ensure timely, high-quality project deliveries.

Experience managing escalations and conflict resolution in large-scale, matrixed organizations.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability

Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing data-driven solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments where requirements may shift frequently.

Enterprise Architecture & Project Management

Exposure to enterprise architecture principles, enabling holistic coordination of infrastructure and data activities.

Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) to plan, execute, and track deliverables effectively.

Experience

8+ years in program management in data related projects , IT relationship management, or related roles


Educational Qualification

Bachelors in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
