Project Role Description :
Support the delivery of programs, projects or managed services. Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda.

Summary:As a Service Management Practitioner, you will support the central operations of the Outsourcing Account Delivery team in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet both the goals of these teams and clients served. Your typical day involves overseeing project progress, coordinating with team members, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
  • Analyze project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. a. Good experience on ITIL and service management and handle all the ITSM processes along with Running the Major incident bridges and CAB callsb. Assigning tasks to the team throughout each work day that are based on SLAs, technician availability, and the technician's skills.c. Defining and managing service level agreements with customersd. The service manager ensures excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors.
    Professional Attributes:Good communication skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, team building, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently.
    Additional Information:Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts.
    Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
  • Good To Have Skills:Experience with Service Operations.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
  • This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
