Summary:As a Service Management Practitioner, you will support the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be based in Bengaluru and should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Incident Management. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination.- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.- Ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda.- Manage and support the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Incident Management.- Strong understanding of service management principles and best practices.- Experience in incident resolution and problem management.- Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes.- Experience in coordinating and managing projects.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with IT service management tools. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Incident Management.- This position is based in Bengaluru.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
