Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements in a dynamic work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM Discovery solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ServiceNow applications.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ServiceNow development.

Probe and understand customer requirements.

Propose solutions for ITOM.

Develop, test and demonstrate implementation.

Coordinate with cross teams for new integrations or enhancements to existing integrations.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.

Strong understanding of IT operations management processes.

Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems.

Hands-on experience in developing ServiceNow Discovery probes and sensors.

Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and its functionalities.

Must have skill- ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB & Discovery / ServiceNow Event Management
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
