Summary :As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and services.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services.

Manage delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Collaborate with the team to perform tasks efficiently.

Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.

Strong understanding of IT service management principles.

Experience in incident management and problem management.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

Experience in managing and troubleshooting production systems.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.

Experience with ServiceNow scripting and workflow configuration.

Familiarity with ServiceNow administration and configuration.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
