Summary:As an Aerospace Domain SME, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements for our clients in the aerospace and defense industry. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge and analytical skills to address complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Providing expertise (functional, technical, industry, tools/methods) to ensure successful solution design and delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the client project teams, sales teams and other internal teams in organization and offering guidance and support in various areas such as functional and technical aspects, industry knowledge, and tools/methods. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of solution design and delivery for our clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:-Expected to be an SME-Collaborate and manage with multiple teams to perform and contribute on key decisions-Participate in presales activities, including technical presentations, proposal development, and solution demonstrations to prospective clients -Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams-Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices & trainings.-Stay updated with industry trends and advancements-Mentor and guide junior professionals
Professional & Technical Skills:-Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Aerospace & Defense (A&D), Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Data and Analytics or any other latest technology like GEN AI, etc.-Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks.-Gather and analyze data from diverse sources to identify trends and patterns.-Develop comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications.-Create data-driven reports and presentations to communicate insights effectively.-Visualize data effectively to communicate complex information.-Strong understanding of industry-specific concepts and practices-Knowledge of tools and methods used in the Aerospace & Defense industry-Experience of implementing IT tools and working with clients.-Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Strong project management and organizational skills-Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs.-Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.-Measure the impact of process changes and adjust as needed.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

This position is based at our Bangalore office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
