You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and resolving any technical glitches that may arise. Your expertise in EPIC Systems will be instrumental in troubleshooting and maintaining the applications. Join our team in Mumbai and contribute to the seamless operation of our business systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within EPIC Systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system glitches.- Provide technical support to end-users and assist in resolving application-related queries.- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.- Document and maintain accurate records of support activities.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in EPIC Systems.- Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in EPIC Systems.- Strong understanding of software troubleshooting methodologies.- Experience in diagnosing and resolving application issues.- Knowledge of database management and SQL queries.- Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with healthcare information systems.- Recommendation:Familiarity with HL7 standards and interfaces.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in EPIC Systems.- This position is based in Mumbai.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
