Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day involves troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Proactively identify and resolve software issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system challenges.- Develop and implement software solutions to enhance system performance.- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in EPIC Systems.- Strong understanding of software troubleshooting methodologies.- Experience in system monitoring and performance optimization.- Knowledge of database management and SQL queries.- Familiarity with ITIL framework for incident management.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in EPIC Systems.- This position is based at our Noida office.- work from office is mandatory for all working days- A 15 years full-time education is required.
